Please find enclosed the Society Golf Day Conditions 2008, HOW TO FIND US?, and our Society Day Booking Form 2008 (the latter to be completed and returned within 3 weeks). The cost for a day or a part day at Tadmarton Heath Golf Club this year is as follows: FULL DAY: comprising Coffee, 11 or 18 Holes of Golf, Standard 1-course Lunch & Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, 2-course Dinner & Coffee £69.00 HALF DAY MORNING: comprising Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, Standard 1-course Lunch & Coffee - £44.00 HALF DAY AFTERNOON: comprising Standard 1-course Lunch & Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, 2-course Dinner & Coffee - £57.50 If you wish a different format for the day, please phone Bridget to discuss arrangements and costs involved. Note that these are our "Standard" packages, costs can be adjusted for a bespoke package, please see our "Booking Form" for details The 1st Tee is normally reserved for Societies from 8.45am onwards in the Morning and from 2pm onwards in the Afternoon. Societies wishing to play only 11 Holes in the Morning start from the 8th Tee at 10.15am. Once again, I would like to draw to your attention to some particular Rules and Conditions: Rule 1. Texas Scramble formats are not allowed. Rule 3. All Dress Rules will be strictly enforced. Please avoid embarrassment by ensuring your fellow visitors comply. Rule 7. Mobile Phones and similar electronic devices are not welcome at Tadmarton. Please leave them hidden in your car and enjoy your day in rural Oxfordshire away from the everyday problems that mobile phones bring. Rule 9. The Deposit is £10 per person (Minimum Deposit £120), and the numbers you state will be coming 48 hours prior to your Day will form the basis of the Minimum Charge on the day.
