SOCIETY GOLF AT TADMARTON HEATH IN 2012
Thank you for enquiring about having a Society Day at Tadmarton Heath Golf Club.
Please find enclosed the Society Golf Day Conditions 2012, HOW TO FIND US?, and our Society Day Booking Form 2012 (the latter to be completed and returned within 3 weeks together with the appropriate deposit). If you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact my Assistant, Bridget
The cost for a Standard day or a part day at Tadmarton Heath Golf Club this year is again (FOR THE FIFTH YEAR IN A ROW DESPITE AN INCREASE IN VAT) as follows:
FULL DAY: comprising Coffee, 11 or 18 Holes of Golf, Standard 1-course Lunch and Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, 2-course Dinner & Coffee, - £69
HALF DAY MORNING: comprising Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, Standard 1-course Lunch and Coffee - £44.00
HALF DAY AFTERNOON: comprising Standard 1-course Lunch & Coffee, 18 Holes of Golf, 2-course Dinner & Coffee - £57.50
Note that these are our "Standard" packages inclusive of VAT, and costs can be adjusted for a bespoke package. If you wish a different format for the day, please phone Bridget to discuss arrangements and costs involved.
Our Driving Range is available for those of you who wish to “warm up” without collecting balls before going out to win the Competition. We can include a cost for range balls in the Package if you wish. Prices on application
The 1st Tee is normally reserved for Societies from 8.45am onwards in the Morning and from 2pm onwards in the Afternoon. Societies wishing to play only 7, 9 or 11 Holes in the Morning start from the 1st Tee between 10am & 11.15am.
For this year can I just remind you of some particular Conditions before you book with us (all the Conditions really are worth reading in full!):
Condition 1. Texas Scramble formats are not allowed. We do NOT provide towels
Condition 3. All Dress Rules will be strictly enforced. Please avoid embarrassment by ensuring your fellow visitors comply.
Condition 7. Mobile Phones and similar electronic devices are not welcome at
Tadmarton. Please leave them hidden in your car and enjoy your day in
rural Oxfordshire away from the everyday problems that mobile phones
bring.
