Starters
• Goats cheese & Beetroot Salad Mixed Salad – Mixed leaves, roasted beetroot, candied walnuts, goat’s cheese, vinaigrette.
• Smoked Salmon Pâté – Creamy salmon pâté, dill, lemon, pickled cucumber, toasted sourdough.
Mains
• Roast Beef – Roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots & parsnips, buttered greens, Yorkshire pudding, red wine gravy.
• Slow-Roasted Pork Belly – Crackling, apple & thyme purée, creamed Savoy cabbage, roast potatoes, maple-glazed root veg, bacon jus.
Fish of the Day, crushed new potatoes and a dill butter sauce
• Butternut Squash & Spinach Wellington (V) – Roast potatoes, seasonal greens, Yorkshire pudding, vegetarian gravy.
