Come and join Tom and Josh for Easter Sunday lunch on Sunday 20th April
Starters
• Spring Garden Salad – Baby leaves, asparagus tips, radish, soft-boiled egg, lemon & herb dressing.
• Smoked Salmon Rillettes – Lightly whipped salmon, crème fraîche, dill, pickled cucumber, toasted sourdough.
Mains
All served with beef fat roast potatoes, honey-glazed heritage carrots, buttered greens, cauliflower cheese, Yorkshire pudding and gravy.
• Garlic & Rosemary Roast Leg of Lamb – Mint sauce,
redcurrant & rosemary jus.
• Roast Lemon Thyme Chicken, chicken gravy, spring stuffing.
• Fish of the Day – Please ask for today’s freshly prepared catch.
• Mushroom Wellington (V) – Vegetarian gravy, Yorkshire pudding,
and seasonal veg.
Desserts
• Hot Cross Bun Bread & Butter Pudding – Spiced custard, golden sultanas.
